Mr Doo introduces Shaggy and Rayvon in “Drive Me Insane”

Veteran producer Mr Doo is back onto the airwaves with a famous rhythm called “Doo Run”. Megastar Shaggy collaborated on this great musical project.

There is no need to introduce Grammy Award-winning, Jamaican megastar Shaggy. After a featuring with Dancehall Queen Spice, the man with the unmistakable voice is back with Rayvon on “Drive Me Insane”.

The track, released on September 3, is the result of a collaboration with Mr Doo. The producer’s sensational project was to “take the beautiful sound of live reggae back to the front of line” and for that he returned to the studio after a long absence. Mr Doo pays homage to the mega-hits of the 80s and 90s that he produced, collaborating with Greggory Issacs, Cocoa Tea, Ninja Man, George Nooks, Tony Rebel, Shaggy, Little John, Sanchez, Freddie McGregor and others.

“As is his signature when putting musical projects together, Mr Doo reached for some of Jamaica’s top names to participate in this smooth, head-bopping, finger-snapping representation of the authentic reggae and dancehall sound. The phenomenal accomplishment boasts hot new music from Bounty Killer, Brian and Tony Gold, Shaggy, and Rayvon. It also hosts new talent who blow-up the riddim, says Donovan Williams of VPAL Music.

Note that three studios worked on the project to create the “Doo Run” rythym : Mixing Lab and Anchor Recording Studios in Jamaica and Ranch Entertainment Studio in New York.

We offer 2 titles : “Drive Me Insane”, Shaggy & Rayvon and “Run, Run”, Kevin.
