
From 25 April to 15 June, the Fondation Clément hosts the exhibition of three well-known painters: “Pawòl Tras” by Antoine Nabajoth; “Éclectique” by Llewellyn Xavier and “Régale” by Alain Joséphine.

Guadeloupean Nabajoth will propose paintings representing his immediate environment that is to say “the deep Guadeloupe, the daily life of his childhood neighborhood, the small traditional jobs in close proximity: farmers, fishermen, traders”. The artist will comment on his exhibition to visitors on Sunday, April 27 from 10 am. This activity is free and without reservation.
Saint Lucian Xavier, who has been creating and painting for nearly 70 years, is presented as a genius. For almost two months, the public will discover his works made with oil painting on canvas but also with natural and recycled materials.
Martinican Joséphine who discovered at the Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux, “how colors can build a space on the canvas and give an impression of depth”, and who is also musician will show visitors his paintings composed like a score with “color variations, a singular rhythmic, unexpected flights”.
These three free exhibitions are open every day from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
