At the 21st Wikimania World Conference, held from July 21 to 25, 2026, at the Cité des sciences et de l’industrie in Paris, Éric Amiens, a journalist from Guadeloupe working for Radio France Internationale (RFI), received an award in recognition of his ongoing commitment and exemplary involvement with the RFI Clubs. This award was presented to him by Aman Baptiste Adon, president of the Club RFI Abidjan (leader of the Wiki Club RFI project), alongside Marina Baka and Jean-Yves Essingan, on behalf of all RFI Clubs located in some thirty countries.
