“Ti Kazart”, the smallest art gallery in Guadeloupe

In the town centre of Le Gosier is located the smallest art gallery in Guadeloupe. Its name is “Ti Kazart”.

Ti Kazart 4

“Ti Kazart” covers an area of 9 square metres and was created, a few days ago, by Guadeloupean painter Patricia Barchant that we introduced in an article published on August 22, 2018.

In this small space that is next to her studio where she paints and gives drawing and painting classes to children and adults several days a week, the artist present to the audience (residents and tourists) her representational works made with acrylic, oil, pastel etc.

The art lovers enjoy this new cultural place, there are many visits and paintings are bought without any hesitation ; this was the case of these boats painted by the artist on the occasion of the 11th edition and 40th anniversary of La Route du Rhum-Destination Guadeloupe.
