The splendor of Rome and Italy and its greatest monuments will be on display in the heart of Dominican culture from November 28.
The immortal genius of the Renaissance, Michelangelo Buonarroti, is brought to life like never before in “Michelangelo Alive + Immersive”, a monumental exhibition that arrives for the first time in the Dominican Republic on November 28, in the heart of culture: the Juan Pablo Duarte Culture Square and the Museum of History and Geography.
This unprecedented experience, produced by JELF Productions and ESA Live, will immerse the public in the life and work of one of the greatest artists in history ; it has been successfully toured in Miami, Colombia, New York, and Peru and it will run for 45 days. This exhibition promises to be one of the most impressive cultural events ever seen in the country, taking visitors through an immersive narrative full of art, emotion, and technology.
“Miguel Ángel Vivo + Inmersivo” is not just an exhibition: it is an emotional and visual journey, where technology blends with classical art to offer an educational and moving experience for all ages.
Producers Javier Espitia, Víctor Nicolás, and María Fernanda Reyes expressed that bringing this experience to the country fills them with pride, as it is an artistic jewel that the Dominican people will be able to enjoy. “This exhibition is a way to bring the greatness of classical art to new generations and to continue supporting culture in our country”, they stressed.
They also highlighted that there will be a space where visitors, art critics, and the general public can chat and talk about the works while tasting the bar’s menu.
The production company announced that children aged 1 to 5 will have free admission, and those aged 6 to 12 will pay 50%, while groups from educational centers and churches will also pay 50% of the total ticket price.
