Singer-songwriter Cristian Allexis has added a new track to his collection of romantic and nostalgic songs with “Otro bolero”, a single that once again demonstrates the versatility of this artist, who shines in each of his compositions.
Produced and arranged by Aníbal Coronado, “Otro bolero” offers fans of the genre a flawless creation which has been kept and polished for years by its creator.
“This is a song that waited for its time. I wrote it in 2015, and it went through a series of changes that made it suitable for the stage I’m currently in musically, where I’m experiencing the effects of maturity and confidence that come from 14 years of an artistic career, four of them as a solo artist”, explained Cristian Allexis.
“Otro bolero” combines the nostalgia and musical elegance of the bolero with deep, visceral lyrics worthy of the genre that carries them. Each sentence was created with the aim of accompanying the listener in those moments when the heart suffers.
This single tells the story of a gentleman who, in his desire to heal an open wound of love, causes himself more pain with every memory that invades his thoughts.
The musicians collaborating with Cristian Allexis on this song are: Aaron Junior Ureña on timbales, Azarías Santana on bongos and congas, Benjamín Mercedes on piano, Álvaro Dinzey on keyboards, and Rafael Félix on guitar.
