On March 31, the play “Por Nosotros” will be presented at the new cultural space of the Homewood Suites By Hilton Santo Domingo Hotel, starring actors Edwin Rivera, Ángela Bernal and Yovanni Medrano, under the direction of Rosa Aurora.
The play written by Spanish playwright Juan Frendsa, tells the story of a bankrupt married couple on the verge of losing their apartment, who are faced with a dilemma after a friend, an ex-convict, make them an indecent proposal to save their home.
“It is a funny and somehow even reflective play, an illusion created in the midst of conflict experienced by the characters in the story, it shows us follies they would be willing to do to get out of a very precarious economic situation trying somehow to break taboos”, said Rosa Aurora.
The play will be on stage on March 31, April 1 and 2 at the Homewood Suites By Hilton Santo Domingo hotel, located at 107 Winston Churchill. Tickets can be purchased through @ticket.rd.
