The renowned Dominican producer will release “Música de Ghetto”, his first personal project, after a historic year of international awards and collaborations.

After a year 2025 marked by important international recognitions, with a 2025 Grammy, a 2025 Heat Award, and three 2025 Premios Juventud nominations, producer Ghetto announces several musical projects with artists such as Elvis Crespo, Farruko, and Yandel.
The producer from San Petro de Macoris continues to expand his work, which has spread to Panama with Farruko, co-producing tracks with K4G, J Cross, and Jorge Ulloa for Eddy Lover, Boza, Renato (one of the first Panamanian artists to record reggae in Spanish), Kafu Banton, El Roockie, Akim, promising new artists such as Jeison Vega, the legendary Omar Alfano, and many more.
His musical map also includes Peru, where he has worked with Farruko and Jorge Ulloa, a Honduran music producer, to enhance Peruvian culture through productions that integrate sounds, instruments, and fusions specific to the Andean country.
Added to this is his personal project “Música de Ghetto” which will be released in early 2026, in collaboration with Elvis Crespo, Farruko, Yandel, among other big names in music.
Ghetto received his first Grammy this year in the “Best Reggae Album” category for his work on “One Love” and a Heat Award for producing the song “Tiempos buenos”. Producer Ghetto is also winner in the Christian category at the Heat Awards: Farruko and Madiel Lara with “Tiempos buenos” in Medellín, Colombia.
In addition, Ghetto explored the Venezuelan scene by producing a seven-song EP with artist Louis BPM, a project that included a cultural tour of different locations throughout the country. This EP, released in September with the participation of Farruko, was very well received.
He then performed an unplugged version of the same project in Panama, with producer K4G. He was nominated for Premios Juventud awards in the categories: “Best Urban Mix” (Farruko – Carbon Armor ft. Sharo Towers), and “Best Urban Album” for Elyte (Yandel and Farruko – Carbon Armor).
“2025 was an extraordinary year for my career and for all those who works with me. I am very grateful to God for every blessing that has come and for those to come. Working with so many different cultures has enriched my creativity and this is reflected in every production”, said the producer.
