“Cuidao Si Me Tumba El Vaso”, the Christmas merengue by Jandy Ventura and Gerald Ogando

Merenguero Jandy Ventura premieres his new Christmas song “Cuidao Si Me Tumba El Vaso” composed and performed with Gerald Ogando, which is available on all digital platforms since October 31.

The song allegorical to the celebration of the Easter holidays was composed eight years ago for Johnny Ventura, but the late artist could not put his voice. However, Jandy decided to take on the commitment to materialize it while maintaining the colours that identify the joyful sound of the Caballo Mayor.

“Many years ago, God enlightened me with the opportunity to write this song, I went to see my friend Ruddy Ventura and I sang it to him, at the end I told him “I wrote it for Johnny Ventura”, he replied “You don’t have to swear to it, it’s costum-made suit made for the Caballo”, Ogando said on his Instagram account.

“Cuidao Si Me Tumba El Vaso” recorded at Pura Sangre Music Studios, promises to continue the tradition of the time while transmitting the enthusiasm and essence in these difficult times the world is going through because of the pandemic.

The track, which was arranged by Cadmiel Acosta, produced by Ruddy, mastered by Jandy Ventura and Raúl Canela, will also be available on tropical radio stations and YouTube.
